Weekend pasta picks

Not much is more comforting than a big bowl of pasta.

One classic preparation of is an arrabbiata sauce, the name derived from the Italian arrabbiato, meaning “angry”  and by virtue of its spicy heat. Classically prepared with red chili peppers, olive oil, tomatoes, and garlic, pasta arrabbiata warms body and soul as you enjoy.
