Hey folks … it’s brunch time!
The Berlin in downtown Kitchener is introducing new hours and a new brunch for your dining delectation. It sounds pretty cool … and here are some notes about it.
Beginning February 26, The Berlin will serve Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“The menu will change constantly based on what is freshest and in season,” says Chef Jonathan Gushue. “Guests can expect a more modern approach to a traditional meal that’s value-driven with refreshing cocktails and seasonal drinks to match with local residents in mind. We want our guests to be able to enjoy this brunch every week.”
In addition to offering brunch, The Berlin will be adjusting their hours of operation, opening for dinner on Sunday evenings, and closing for weekday lunches.
“Sunday dinner will feature a daily roast with seasonal and traditional sides. Casual, relaxing and approachable. It’s a dinner for everyone,” says The Berlin owner Ryan-Lloyd Craig.
The new hours will grant the team to curate creatively their dinner and new brunch menus as they are constantly evolving. “It will also allow us to meet the growing demands of our catering business,” adds Gushue.
The Berlin offers catering for all occasions including corporate lunches, weddings and parties. The last weekday lunch will be offered at the Berlin on Friday February 17, 2017.
Beginning February 21, 2017, The Berlin’s new hours of operation will be:
Tuesday – Saturday: 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday brunch: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Sunday dinner: 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
