Misotare (Japanese soy bean paste broth with roasted pork and marinated bamboo shoot. (I don’t understand why the little cartoon Ramen logo/mascot is so angry though?)

Lemongrass Soup Tom-Yum is hot and sour and flavoured with lemon grass, galangal, lime leaf, and mushrooms.

Caramelized onion and ale soup with aged Cheddar crouton.

Pierogi House Eastern European Eatery, Kitchener
Borscht, pickle, garlic or cabbage soup. Probably made by Oma.
