How can restaurants make it?

Given articles like this one, it makes you wonder how restaurants can survive.

With the race to the bottom when it comes to prices, the restaurant industry is under constant pressure and changing customer dynamics.

Rising food costs, rents, labour costs (and relations) make the future seem tense. One thing is for sure: I think we need to step and be willing to pay.

    Just yesterday – lunch for 2 no alcohol
    2 vegetarian wraps, 2 bowls of soup a latte and an americano. $37 (tax in) plus tip
