Please spread the word where it can be heard …

B@THEMUSEUM, in association with the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre, has once again partnered with THEMUSEUM in downtown Kitchener to prepare and serve a holiday dinner to those in need during this special time of the year. The date for the initiative at is Monday, November 28 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

In addition, THEMUSEUM will also offer those attending the dinner complimentary entrance to the exhibitions at the museum located at King and Queen streets in Kitchener.

“I am delighted by the generosity shown by B@THEMUSEUM and look forward to hosting hundreds through our exhibitions again this year,” said David Marskell, CEO at THEMUSEUM. “For some it may be the only gift they receive this holiday season.”

This is the second time B@THEMUSEUM, the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre and THEMUSEUM have hosted the event. Last year, over twenty staff from B@THEMUSEUM spent most of the afternoon serving over 100 attendees, including families with young children. They look forward to doing that again this year.

“This event is for anyone in need,” explained Robin Lefebvre of B@THEMUSEUM, a restaurant specializing in local food and craft beer located at THEMUSEUM. “The teams at B@THEMUSEUM and the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre are excited to be able to give back to our community in this way again this year.”

B@THEMUSEUM has reached out to a number of local organizations to make sure these important social-assistance services within the community receive information about the event. You can play a part in getting the word out, too: please share the event information with those who may be in need this holiday season in any manner you have access to.
