Breakfast: Iraqi cream cheese, Moroccan bread, honey

A simple breakfast — or snack anytime — comes with an idea courtesy of Kishki World Foods in the Highland-Belmont food neighbourhood.

The cream is a variant of English clotted cream called gaymer. It’s sometimes made with buffalo milk.

Take a good chunk of the cheese and smear it on some Moroccan bread, as pictured here. Then, add a dollop or a drizzle of honey and it’s a simple, delicious breakfast.
