Local food commentator Andrew Coppolino talks food on “The Food Show” on 570 News, visits local restaurant kitchens on Rogers TV “Grand River Living,” and writes about food in various print publications, including The Kitchener Post.

A couple of years of cooking in a professional kitchen in Waterloo Region helped him decide he wanted to work with food from the other side of the stove. And so he does … Waterloo Region Eats is his signature dish.
