Lovers of Hog Tails Bar-B-Que in Laurelwood, Waterloo, are glad to find that the new Lancaster Smokehouse in Kitchener’s Bridgeport neighbourhood is now open for business. At the helm, chef-owner Chris Corrigan and his staff have built the premier BBQ joint in southwestern Ontario…and maybe the entire province.
