Meet My Bibimbap

One of my favourite dishes, cooked in a rocking hot stone dolsot, is the Korean bibimbap–a short video introduction here (as I play around with my editing skills). I forgot, for instance, to film as the fried egg was being placed on top of the dish as the final garnish.

Check this place out sometime; it’s in the Hong Kong Plaza on King Street in Kitchener, between Eby and Scott streets:
